Abstract

Along the way, the learning process will inevitably encounter various complex issues, including morale and motivation. This research investigates the effect of teacher morale and student learning motivation on academic performance. The method used a quanti tative approach through two independent survey questionnaires and examining academic transcripts. The research participants were 219 elementary students chosen purposefully. The statistical data obtained were processed using SPSS version 21. Based on the d ata analysis focusing on the effect partially and simultaneously, it shows that teacher morale and learning motivation significantly affect student academic performance. The results demonstrate the influence of teacher morale and student learning motivatio n on academic performance. Recognizing the two -fold influence of these factors, both partially and simultaneously, provides a more sophisticated approach to educational programs. Teachers should modify their teaching approaches to boost teacher morale and student learning motivation, recognizing the potential for long -term positive effects on student academic achievement.
