Abstract

The impact of quality services for children and young people with special needs aims to explore whether young people are satisfied with the conditions provided by the JU Center for Children and Adults with Special Needs of the ZenicaDoboj Canton. The quality of health care services is increasingly the subject of different research. A special place in such surveys is the measurement of the quality of health services, with an important role determining the way users perceive them. The paper is devoted to addressing the issues of the concept of quality of health services and the research of models and methods for measuring the quality of health services.
